• Role: Senior D365 Project Manager – Finance - F&SCM
• Locations: Glasgow, Aberdeen, Manchester, London (role can be based in any of these offices).
• Work Arrangement: Hybrid office working, ensuring flexibility. Locations include Aberdeen, Glasgow, Manchester, London & Surrounding areas, and Belfast.

Your Role

As a Senior Project Manager for D365 Finance & Supply Chain Management (F&SCM), you will be at the forefront of our AI Business Solutions pillar. You will leverage your deep knowledge and expertise to deliver high-profile ERP D365 projects, managing client relationships and ensuring successful project outcomes.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage the relationship with the customer and all stakeholders.
• Deliver assigned projects in line with established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Clearly understand and articulate the scope of each assigned project.
• Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs effectively.
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for successful project execution.
• Develop detailed project plans to track progress using established tools and processes (e.g., DevOps).
• Ensure accuracy in time and cost estimations for project completion.
• Manage project budgets meticulously.
• Proactively manage Risks and Issues (RAID logs per project).
• Monitor progress and provide timely reporting via agreed channels.
• Participate in pre-sales engagements to develop high-quality sales proposals.
• Proactively deliver solutions to problems rather than simply highlighting them.

Qualifications

Desired Skills and Experience

• Seasoned experience in a similar role, specifically delivering D365 F&SCM Finance Projects.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven experience managing budgets of £1M+.
• Strong working knowledge of PMP / PRINCE II methodologies (certification is desirable).
• Experience delivering projects using Waterfall / Agile Methodologies.
