Your Role

This position focuses on developing and executing impactful social media strategies, managing campaigns, and fostering community engagement to digitally empower brands.

Your Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor diverse projects in channel and community management, social media campaigns, and content production.
• Develop creative concepts and strategies for brand channels and social media campaigns.
• Advise and manage expectations for the entire project team during briefings and timelines.
• Collaborate closely with the Commercial team to strengthen customer relationships and develop suitable offers.

Your Profile

• Strong project management skills and enjoyment in coordinating projects and teams.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience in social media marketing, paid advertising, and implementing multi-platform digital campaigns.
• Team-oriented, structured, independent, and proactive work style with excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Very good German language skills (minimum C2) and good written and spoken English skills.
• Diplomatic skill, high emotional intelligence, and a strong quality awareness to impress stakeholders and the team alike.
