About the Role
Stannek is seeking an Account Manager for HR Management Systems (m/w/d) to join their team in Hallstadt. This is a full-time, hybrid position focused on digital HR processes, customer consulting, and strategic development.
Your Entry into Our Company
You want to actively support companies in digitizing their HR processes, build long-term customer relationships, and successfully establish modern HR solutions. As an Account Manager for HR Management Systems, you will guide companies from the introduction to the long-term development of their digital HR processes and serve as the central point of contact for customers, tax advisors, and internal teams.

- Supporting companies in digitizing their HR processes
- Consulting on interfaces and data flows between companies, tax advisors, and implemented systems
- First-level support for functional and application-related questions
- Conducting customer training sessions and workshops
- Strategic support and development of existing customer relationships
- Identifying optimization potential in HR and administrative processes
- Coordinating projects with customers, tax advisors, and internal teams
- Organizing and structured implementation of ongoing customer projects
