About the Role

We are looking for a Working Student (Werkstudent:in) to support our brand, content, and sales enablement efforts on LinkedIn. This part-time role is perfect for an enrolled student who is passionate about social media, content creation, and B2B communication.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and tailor content specifically for LinkedIn's target audiences.
  • Manage the complete content cycle: research, prepare, publish, monitor, and analyze content performance.
  • Identify and document LinkedIn signals relevant for sales enablement (e.g., target companies, roles, engagement triggers).
  • Maintain structured editorial plans, content lists, and test results, categorizing by audience, topic, hook, format, CTA, and outcomes.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing & Brand / Sales Enablement team and management.
  • Support brand and sales enablement through systematic content work.

Must-Have Requirements

  • Very strong command of German (C1 or higher) with excellent writing skills.
  • Currently enrolled as a student (Werkstudent:in) at a German university.
  • Availability of at least 20 hours per week.
  • Experience with or strong interest in LinkedIn and B2B communication.
  • Ability to manage the full content cycle (research, prepare, publish, monitor, analyze).
  • Skill in reading LinkedIn signals and translating them for sales use (identifying target companies, roles, conversation triggers).
  • Familiarity or interest in tools like Canva, Figma, and collaboration platforms such as Teams Workspace, Notion, Airtable.
  • Ability to structure and document editorial plans, lists, and content tests.

Nice-to-Have Requirements

  • Previous experience with LinkedIn content creation or personal branding.
