Today, millions of people trust their platform for cannabis prescriptions, sick notes, weight-loss injections, and more. They connect patients, doctors, and pharmacies digitally – simply, quickly, and discreetly. Their next major chapter is mobile, building an app to put healthcare into people's pockets, and they need you to help shape the experience that truly matters.

Deine Mission (Your Mission)

You will be responsible for the UX/UI design of their native mobile app for iOS and Android, not just as an executor, but as a driving creative force. You will work directly with their product team, developers, and decision-makers to bring clear, usable, and technically feasible mobile experiences to life. You identify problems before others see them, communicate clearly, and deliver results.

Deine Aufgaben (Your Tasks)

• Design native mobile screens and flows for iOS and Android – from concept to developer handover.
• Apply platform-specific patterns: iOS Human Interface Guidelines & Android Material Design 3.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Stakeholders throughout the development process.
• Create prototypes for rapid validation of UX decisions.
• Work independently in an agile, fast-paced team with an outcome focus.
• Clearly communicate and document design decisions.

Must-have:

• Strong experience in designing native mobile apps – iOS and Android.
• Portfolio showcasing launched, real-world mobile products (no concept-only).
• Deep understanding of platform-specific patterns, guidelines, and user expectations.
• Experience in agile product teams, working closely with developers and PMs.
• High self-organization, accountability, and proactive communication.
• Professional English (team language).
• Comfort working independently in fast-paced, collaborative remote environments.

Nice-to-have:

• Experience in the healthcare, digital health, pharmacy, or e-commerce environment.
