About the Role

We are seeking a motivated student to join our sales team and gain practical experience in building customer relationships. You will actively support our team in developing new customer relationships within the D/A/CH market. This role offers a practical insight into modern B2B sales, where you will research potential clients, prepare sales activities, and qualify initial leads. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you will learn how market potential translates into successful customer relationships.

This is a student position based in Berlin with a flexible hybrid setup and the prospect of full-time employment upon successful completion.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead Research & Identification: Utilize tools like LinkedIn, CRM, and market databases to identify potential customers and research relevant contacts within target companies.
  • Outreach & Customer Engagement: Support customer outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn. Gradually take on independent outreach activities to gain practical B2B sales experience.
  • Lead Qualification: Assist in evaluating and qualifying leads based on defined criteria and prepare potential opportunities for the sales team.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update our CRM software with new leads, call notes, and follow-up information, ensuring high data quality and transparent sales processes.
  • Market Research: Monitor market developments in energy, sustainability, and environmental finance to identify trends and potential business opportunities.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Business Development teams, as well as the DACH team, to support sales activities and explore new market potentials.

Your Profile

  • Currently pursuing a degree, preferably in Business, Finance, Sustainability, or a related field.
  • Previous practical experience in sales, telemarketing, or a similar communicative student job – demonstrating an ability to connect with people.
  • An outgoing, communicative personality with a genuine interest in building relationships.
  • A structured, proactive work approach and self-organizational skills.
  • Interest in topics related to energy, sustainability, and environmental finance.
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
  • Professional and polished demeanor; you will represent GO2 Markets externally.
