Your Responsibilities:

• Solution-Oriented Work: Answer customer questions, resolve problems, and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Professional Support: Serve as the first point of contact for customers and collaborate closely with our internal teams.

What You Bring:

• Location: Reside in an EU country and possess a registered business with a VAT ID.
• Customer Service Experience: Previous experience as an agent or in a similar role.
• Language Skills: Fluent in German (speaking and writing) at a C1 or C2 level – clear, error-free, and customer-oriented.
• Communication Skills: Friendly demeanor, solution-oriented approach, and confident expression in both spoken and written German.
• Technical Skills: Proficient with common tools and systems, such as CRM or ticketing systems.
• Freelancer Status: Officially registered as a freelancer and authorized to work within the EU.
