Your Responsibilities (Aufgaben)

• You will holistically advise and support our business clients with all technical challenges in the area of crisis-proof voice communication in the MCPTT and mobile communications environment.
• You are the first point of technical contact and manage customer projects from presales consulting, through technical onboarding and piloting, to stable commissioning and expansion.
• You support sales in presales through technical advice, concept development, and customer presentations.
• You handle technical queries from your clients and undertake structured error analysis as well as sustainable problem-solving in testing and ongoing operations.
• You work closely with sales, customer service, product management, and technical departments.
• You systematically incorporate customer requirements into the further development of products and services.

Your Qualifications (Qualifikation)

• You have in-depth experience in Mission Critical Push to Talk (MCPTT).
• You possess very good knowledge of modern mobile communication technologies and end-to-end applications.
• You have a good understanding of critical operational and emergency communication.
• You have experience in consulting complex technical telecommunications solutions in the B2B environment.
• You are characterized by an analytical, structured, and solution-oriented approach.
• You have strong communication and presentation skills.
• You have experience in project management and work confidently in project-oriented structures.
• You have very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken.
• You hold a completed degree or vocational training, e.g., in electrical, communications, or information technology, or a comparable qualification, along with several years of relevant professional experience.
