The Pre-Sales Solution Engineering organization is responsible for the technical sales of Cloudflare's solutions, ensuring maximum business value, appropriate solution design, and adoption roadmaps for our customers. Our team comprises individuals from diverse backgrounds, including financial consulting, product management, customer support, and software engineering. We are committed to building a diverse, experienced, and curious team.
As a Solutions Engineer, you will act as the technical customer advocate within Cloudflare. You will collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Support teams to achieve customer success. Your primary goal is to identify and create scalable solutions that address customer needs.
Our Solutions Engineers come from varied backgrounds, including financial consulting, engineering, software development, product management, customer support, and project delivery. We value diversity of experience alongside genuine curiosity for our technology.
You should be passionate about technology and capable of explaining complex technical concepts clearly. A curious and hands-on approach is essential. You should appreciate the diverse challenges of working with customers and be eager to help them realize the full potential of Cloudflare.
