Your Role

Doctolib sucht Dich ab 01.08.2026 als Praktikant:in im Bereich B2B Growth Marketing für unseren Standort in Berlin.

Du willst nicht nur mithelfen — Du willst übernehmen, vorantreiben und echten Einfluss nehmen. Im B2B Marketing Team von Doctolib bekommst Du genau das: eigene Projekte, echte Verantwortung und den Freiraum, von Tag eins an Dinge zu gestalten.

Unser Team treibt aktiv voran, wie Gesundheitsfachkräfte heute und morgen arbeiten. Als Teil eines ambitionierten Healthcare-Tech-Scale-ups verantwortest Du Kampagnen, die nicht nur sichtbar sind — sondern wirken.

Your Responsibilities

Als Praktikant:in unterstützt Du uns dabei in folgenden Aufgabenbereichen:

  • Du planst, setzt um und wertest B2B-Kampagnen in Healthcare Media eigenständig aus. Die Kanäle: Fachmagazine (Print und Online), E-Mails, Display-Ads und Postal Mailings
  • Du identifizierst Optimierungspotenziale in unseren Marketingprozessen und setzt Verbesserungen direkt um.
  • Du führst eigene Projekte vollständig durch: von der ersten Idee über die Umsetzung bis zum messbaren Ergebnis.
  • Du bringst Deine Perspektive proaktiv ein und arbeitest eng mit verschiedenen Teams zusammen, um unsere Marketing-Aktivitäten kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln.

During your internship, you will learn:

  • How to plan, execute, and evaluate B2B campaigns in a healthcare environment.
  • How to build and optimize marketing processes in a fast-growing B2B SaaS scale-up.
  • Key competencies such as prioritization, structure, and process optimization — as well as what effective communication truly looks like in a dynamic work environment.
  • What distinguishes the healthcare industry from other B2B sectors.

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a comparable field — and 6 months of full-time availability.
  • Solid foundational knowledge in project management, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent German (C2) and good English (B2) language skills.
  • Ownership is your driver: You recognize what needs to be done — and take ownership. You don't wait for tasks but proactively find solutions.

  • You are familiar with the healthcare industry or B2B SaaS — or have a passion for it that you can convincingly explain in two sentences.

Job Details

  • Full-time internship (40 hrs./week)
  • Duration: 6 months
  • Location: Berlin
  • Salary: €1,900/month (mandatory internship) / €2,425/month (voluntary internship)
  • Start Date: from 01.08.2026
  • Work Mode: Hybrid (3 days office/week)
