  • Evaluate trade-offs between growth, efficiency, and user experience to guide investment decisions and prioritize initiatives with the highest long-term impact.
  • Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance across various paid platforms, internal reporting tools, and visualization dashboards.
  • Define success metrics, assess data quality and limitations, and guide stakeholders toward informed decisions, even with imperfect or evolving measurement systems.
  • Lead experimentation strategy, including A/B and multivariate testing, to achieve incremental improvements across core Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and present performance insights and recommendations, serving as a trusted thought partner to senior leadership.

What We're Looking For

  • A strong analytical and data-driven mindset with a passion for performance marketing and growth economics.
  • Advanced Excel skills and strong SQL experience, with familiarity in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker.
  • Experience navigating attribution, incrementality, and measurement bias, with the ability to clearly articulate trade-offs.
