Your Responsibilities

• Support the coordination and communication with our internal talents.
• Assist in identifying and securing new cooperation partners, preparing offers, and processing inquiries.
• Develop your negotiation skills in contract and price negotiations with providers and service partners.
• Support Artist Managers in conceptualizing and realizing content formats for talents.
• Act as a key liaison between talents and our partners, planning their engagements and ensuring their well-being.
• Identify and acquire potential new cooperation partners and future formats and shows.

Your Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in Influencer Marketing or Online Marketing (e.g., in a digital, social media, or PR agency).
• A keen interest and intuition for the latest digital and consumer trends.
• Proficiency in using all common social media networks and online communities.
• Ideally, prior experience in the execution and/or conception of social media and influencer marketing campaigns.
• High levels of creativity and motivation.
• Fluent German and English language skills (spoken and written).
