With headquarters in Mülheim an der Ruhr and Berlin since August 2022, they also support companies in brand building and develop proprietary software systems. They operate as a Circle-of-Marketing, offering clients a comprehensive 360° service package that extends beyond traditional marketing agency services.

Your Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal talents.
• Support the search for new cooperation partners, create new offers, and process incoming inquiries.
• Demonstrate negotiation skills in contracts and price negotiations with providers and service partners.
• Collaborate with talents to develop concepts and content formats, and support their realization.
• Act as an interface between talents and partners, planning their engagements and ensuring their well-being.
• Identify and acquire potential new talents for existing and future formats and shows.
• Work together to help talents operate future-orientedly and create new opportunities beyond their current artist roles.

Your Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in influencer marketing or online marketing, e.g., in a digital, social media, or PR agency.
• Interest and instinct for the latest digital and consumer trends.
• Proficient use of all common social media networks and online communities.
• Ideally, prior experience in the implementation and/or conception of social media and influencer marketing campaigns.
• High creativity and motivation.
• Fluent German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
