(Junior) Project Manager (x/f/m)

About the Role

Join Doctolib as a (Junior) Project Manager and take ownership of successfully implementing our digital health solutions for clients, ranging from medical practices to hospitals. You will be the central figure in each project, acting as a consultant, application specialist, change manager, and project manager. Within your first few months, you'll independently lead projects, guide clients through the entire onboarding process, and contribute to digitizing Germany's healthcare system.

Your Responsibilities

• Take over projects after handover from the Sales Manager and be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of the entire deployment process at the client's site.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for the client throughout the project implementation and act as the internal link between Marketing, Tech, and other teams.
• Conduct inventory and analysis phases, set up the customer organization within Doctolib, and coordinate data export and import.
• Train client staff (Key Users & End Users) and support the Go-Live on-site, remotely, or in a hybrid manner.
• Continuously document project progress (e.g., in Asana) and hand over the project in a structured manner to the Performance Team upon completion (D+30).

To join our team, you bring the following:

• Experience in project management or customer consulting, ideally in a B2B or software environment.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for acting as the main point of contact for various stakeholders.
• Structured, self-directed work approach and a high degree of solution orientation.
• Willingness to travel for on-site appointments with clients in the greater Hannover area and beyond.
• Very good German and good English language skills.

Of particular interest to us are:

• Experience in change management or the healthcare sector.
• Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Asana, Salesforce).
• Enthusiasm for digital products and the healthcare industry.
