About the Role
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team, combining scientific understanding with digital marketing expertise. This position is crucial for communicating our specialized services and product lines to target audiences in research, diagnostics, and biotechnology. You will be responsible for managing our digital presence, developing marketing initiatives, and coordinating with external service providers. This role offers a structured onboarding into our order and customer processes, including feasibility checks, quote generation, and coordination of synthesis and production, along with an introduction to oligonucleotide manufacturing, purification, and analytics.
Responsibilities
- Manage and further develop our company website in close coordination with specialist departments.
- Communicate and coordinate with external web developers and other service providers.
- Create and maintain content for websites, brochures, presentations, newsletters, and other communication materials.
- Plan, implement, and evaluate digital marketing campaigns for our product lines and services.
- Develop new content and campaigns in collaboration with Technical Support, specialist departments, and management.
- Prepare scientific and technical content for various target audiences.
- Research market, technology, and industry trends in oligonucleotides, diagnostics, and biotechnology.
- Participate in trade fairs and industry events to represent the company and monitor market and technology trends.
- Ensure a consistent and technically accurate external representation of the company.
Requirements
- Completed scientific education or degree (e.g., Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, CTA, BTA, Chemical Technician, or equivalent).
- Initial practical experience in marketing, online marketing, corporate communications, or similar roles.
- Experience with websites, content management systems, or digital marketing channels.
- Interest in scientific and technical topics and willingness to learn about oligonucleotide manufacturing processes.
- Ability to present complex content clearly and tailored to the target audience.
- Independent, structured, and responsible work style.
- Excellent communication skills and enjoyment of collaboration with various specialist departments.
- Very good German and good English language skills (written and spoken).
