About the Role

We are looking for an Amazon Account Manager / E-Commerce Consultant (m/f/d) to join our full-time team in Cologne-Ehrenfeld. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about e-commerce, eager to work with AI tools, and ready to take on responsibility for managing client accounts and driving their success on Amazon.

Responsibilities

  • Manage dedicated Seller & Vendor accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for Vendor and Seller Central.
  • Coordinate product descriptions and A+ Content with Content Creators to enhance product visibility and conversion across all marketplaces.
  • Generate and present regular reports with measured and analyzed KPIs to clients.
  • Collaborate within the team, progressively take on more responsibility for client accounts, and manage projects from start to finish.
  • Actively utilize AI tools for analysis, automation, and problem-solving.
  • Create data-driven reports for clients using tools like Google Sheets.
  • Contribute strategically to budget allocation, advertising goals, and overall strategy.
  • Stay informed about new tools, AI developments, and platform updates, bringing insights to the team.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients via email and phone.

Qualifications

  • Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business, or a comparable field.
  • Demonstrated passion for e-commerce with approximately 1.5-2 years of relevant experience in Amazon and agency work, ideally with Sellers or Vendors.
  • Proficiency in Seller/Vendor Central with practical experience in Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display advertising.
  • Proactive, team-oriented, creative, motivated, and analytical mindset, maintaining composure under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint), email, and online tools.
  • Very good German and good English language skills (spoken and written).
  • Confident client interaction and presentation skills.
  • Customer- and goal-oriented approach with high self-motivation and a desire for continuous learning in the Amazon space.
