We are looking for a dedicated student assistant to actively shape, develop, and professionally manage our marketing and social media activities.

Your Responsibilities

• Social Media Management: Plan, create, and publish social media content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Content Creation: Develop creative content ideas and produce image, video, and text content from our construction sites, office, and client projects.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute advertising campaigns via Meta Ads and Google Ads, monitor and optimize ongoing campaigns, and manage digital marketing budgets.
• Analysis & Reporting: Analyze campaign performance and create simple reports.
• Brand Development: Support the development of our employer brand for employee recruitment and enhance brand awareness in the areas of painting and seamless surfaces.
• Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about current social media and marketing trends to develop new customer acquisition ideas.

Your Profile

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Business, or a related field.
• Proficient in using social media platforms.
• First experience in content creation, social media, or online marketing.
• Ideally, some knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Creative with a feel for modern communication.
• Independent, structured, and reliable work ethic.
• Confident demeanor and strong written communication skills.
• Interest in craftsmanship, architecture, design, or construction projects is a plus.
• Knowledge of tools like Canva, Adobe Express, CapCut, or similar is desirable.
