Accounts Payable Specialist SAP (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

• Invoice Processing: Review, enter, and book incoming invoices in SAP.
• Payment Runs: Prepare debit memos, re-invoices, and payment runs for national and international suppliers.
• Expense Reports: Review travel expense reports, ensuring compliance with payment terms and discount periods.
• Master Data Management: Maintain vendor and customer master data, ensuring high data quality.
• Financial Closing Support: Assist with month-end, quarterly, and year-end closing processes by performing account reconciliations and booking provisions.

Your Qualifications

• Completed vocational training in a commercial field (e.g., Office Clerk, Tax Assistant, Industrial Clerk) or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk, Accounts Receivable Clerk, or Financial Accountant.
• Proficient in using SAP for financial accounting.
• Structured, reliable, and possess a strong understanding of numbers.
• Fluent German language skills and basic English language skills.
