Your Responsibilities

• Client Consultation: Strategically advise and consult our clients, including Europe's largest music e-commerce brand, Thomann.
• Paid Social Strategy: Develop and implement strategic and operational paid social and funnel strategies.
• Channel Management: Manage paid social channels such as Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.
• Analysis & Optimization: Conduct KPI-based analyses and derive actionable measures for improvement.
• Budget Responsibility: Co-manage seven-figure paid media budgets with the team.
• Team Enablement: Support the team's development and knowledge transfer.
• Performance Measurement: Track, monitor, and perform AI-driven performance evaluations.

Your Background

• Minimum of three years of experience in online/performance marketing, ideally from an agency background.
• Strong affinity for Paid Social and extensive experience with various social media platforms.
• Ideally, you play a musical instrument or have experience in the music industry, as our largest client is a leading musical instrument retailer. This understanding will help you target audiences effectively and develop relevant paid campaigns.
• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken).
