About the Role

As a Customer Success Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for enterprise customers after the rollout phase. Your goal is to ensure they derive maximum value from Nooxit's AI workers, providing seamless day-to-day support and fostering strong relationships.

Your Tasks:

  • Customer Adoption & Support: Own the customer relationship, proactively drive product adoption, and resolve issues and questions quickly and reliably.
  • Customer Health Monitoring: Track adoption metrics and engagement across enterprise accounts, identify risks early, and help customers achieve their process automation goals.
  • Feedback Loop to Product: Act as the voice of the customer internally, channeling recurring issues, feature requests, and adoption blockers directly into the product roadmap.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with customer-side project leads, finance teams, and IT stakeholders across the DACH region.

Your Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar customer-facing role in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Domain Familiarity: Some exposure to finance, procurement, or ERP-adjacent workflows is a strong advantage.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills; ability to build trust with enterprise stakeholders and keep customers engaged.
  • Language & Location: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Berlin. Fluency in both English and German is required.
