Your Responsibilities
You can look forward to these exciting tasks:
- Growth Marketing & Demand Generation: Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns that measurably generate new leads, demand, and strengthen our pipeline. Develop data-based measures along the funnel and test new channels and campaign approaches.
- Campaign Optimization & Conversion Increase: Analyze campaigns, target audiences, and results, conduct A/B tests, and derive concrete measures. The goal is to continuously increase reach, relevance, and conversion rates.
- Brand Building & Digital Visibility: Further develop our digital brand presence, sharpen our positioning, and strategically expand our visibility within relevant target groups. This includes organic and paid LinkedIn activities, as well as content, campaigns, and formats that strengthen awareness, trust, and demand.
- Lead Nurturing & Sales Alignment: Develop webinars, digital events, and other measures to systematically nurture relevant contacts. Simultaneously, work closely with our sales team to ensure and continuously improve lead quality, handover processes, and conversion rates.
- Marketing Operations & HubSpot Processes: Be responsible for the further development of our marketing automation and CRM processes in HubSpot. This includes nurturing tracks, automations, clean data structures, and scalable campaign processes.
- Website, Analytics & Reporting: Optimize website performance, user journeys, and conversion points. Simultaneously, build a KPI and reporting framework, analyze marketing and sales metrics, and make the contribution of your measures transparently measurable.
- Marketing Planning & Coordination: Manage marketing planning, including budget, coordinate external partners as needed, and work closely with our management, sales, and other internal stakeholders.
Your Qualifications

- Digital Marketing & Growth Experience: You have at least 4 years of experience in digital marketing, growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing and have already planned, managed, and successfully optimized digital campaigns.
- HubSpot & Marketing Automation: You are very familiar with HubSpot, especially Marketing Hub, CRM, automations, and reporting. You know how to build clean processes, data structures, and automated contact tracks.
- Funnel, Lead Management & Conversion: You have a solid understanding of funnel optimization, lead management, and conversion tracking. You know how reach becomes qualified leads and leads become real sales opportunities.
- Analytics & KPI Steering: You work data-based, analyze marketing and sales metrics, and derive clear measures from them. KPI steering, reporting, and data-driven decisions are a matter of course for you.
- Pipeline & Lead Generation: You can demonstrate success in generating and developing qualified leads and marketing pipelines and understand how marketing measurably contributes to sales success.
- Structure & Personal Responsibility: You work in a structured, analytical, and self-reliant manner. At the same time, you can prioritize measures sensibly, use budgets effectively, and make decisions based on impact and ROI.
- Communication & Collaboration: You communicate confidently in German and English and enjoy working closely with sales, management, and other stakeholders.
- Nice to have: Experience in the technology, industrial, or infrastructure sector, knowledge of Paid Media and Performance Advertising, experience with SEO, SEA, and Conversion Rate Optimization, as well as building LinkedIn campaigns, thought leadership formats, content marketing, and storytelling.
