Investor Relations Manager (w/m/d)

About the Organization

We are a nationwide non-profit foundation based in Berlin with colleagues in Hamburg. Together, we are committed to creating better educational opportunities for children. Through our language support program MITsprache, we support children from kindergarten through primary school, annually assisting around 3,500 children at over 150 educational institutions nationwide. We operate digitally, agilely, and with short decision-making paths.

The Role

For our Berlin location, we are seeking an Investor Relations Manager (f/m/d) on a part-time basis, requiring at least 20 hours per week. In this role, you will be the central point of contact for our funding partners, maintaining relationships and ensuring reliable, smooth communication. Additionally, you will support the targeted development of funding potentials within our existing network.

Responsibilities

Relationship Management with Existing Funding Partners

• Communication with existing funding partners.
• Preparation and follow-up of appointments, and maintenance of relevant information in the contact management system.

Proactive Reporting & Impact Communication

• Creation of updates, impact reports, and project information regarding MITsprache.
• Coordination of relevant content with the program team.

Fundraising from Existing Contacts

• Identification and expansion of funding potentials within the existing network.
• Support in approaching, nurturing, and following up with potential funding partners.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in fundraising, sales, key account management, partner management, or a comparable role.
• A good sense for relationship management and professional communication with partners and stakeholders.
• Good business acumen and a service- and solution-oriented mindset.
• Digitally savvy and quick to learn new tools, CRM, or contact management systems.
• A strong desire to contribute to better educational opportunities for children and shape societal impact.
