Your Tasks as a Working Student

As a working student, you will support us in designing state-of-the-art customer experiences and setting new standards for digital consulting communication. Our goal is to guide interested parties quickly, personally, and efficiently through chat, WhatsApp, email, and other digital channels. To achieve this, we are developing new CRM structures, automated consulting processes, and AI-powered customer service solutions. You will help us shape these solutions and create a customer experience that is simple, helpful, and conversion-driven.

  • Develop conversion-driven content for digital lead & consulting journeys, chat flows, WhatsApp communication, and other touchpoints in collaboration with the team.
  • Support the setup, introduction, and further development of our new CRM system.
  • Structure content, question logic, and conversation flows to guide customers through their concerns clearly and help them find the right solution more easily.
  • Test new consulting journeys, chat flows, and automations, analyze user behavior, and derive concrete improvement ideas.
  • Take ownership of small projects related to customer experience, CRM, digital consulting, content structure, automation, and AI-powered customer service.

Your Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled as a student, ideally in a degree program related to Digital Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, or a comparable field.
  • Interest in digital customer experiences, automated consulting, chatbots, AI applications, and modern customer communication.
  • Good understanding of how digital communication should be structured to be understandable, helpful, and persuasive.
  • Eagerness to learn and work with new CRM, chat, automation, and customer service tools.
  • First experiences with CRM systems, sales, project management, or web development are helpful.
  • Excellent academic performance, with a structured, independent, and meticulous work approach.
  • Excellent German language skills (written and spoken) and a preference for teamwork.
