About the Role
This role is designed to bring additional marketing and communication power to the team, strategically expanding our partnerships and ensuring the high-quality execution of campaigns. Currently, our marketing and communication measures with leading sports brands are implemented with existing resources, leading to capacity limits in planning, coordination, and campaign execution. This position will help us fully exploit potentials with and for our partners.
Key Details
- Location: Cologne office in the Belgisches Viertel (not exclusively remote).
- Start Date: From July 2026 (flexible).
- Scope: Full-time.
- Area of Responsibility: Teamwear.
Your Responsibilities
- Expansion and further development of communication and marketing measures with leading sports brands in the teamwear sector.
- Provide additional marketing and communication capacities to implement campaigns and initiatives with high quality and speed.
- Development of new communication formats and operational implementation and scaling of successful measures.
- Analysis of the performance of conducted initiatives and derivation of optimization potentials.
- Strengthening strategic partnerships with leading sports brands through professional and effective activations along the customer journey.
What You Need
- Experience: At least 3 years of experience in marketing communication.
- Languages: Fluent German and English.
- Social Media & Content Marketing knowledge.
- Experience in Community Management.
- Newsletter Marketing.
- Initial experience with Paid Ads.
- Partner Management.
- Tools: Notion, Slack, Claude.
Advantageous (But Not Required)
- Previous experience in (Sports) Brands or (Sports) Retail.
