About FinMent

We are FinMent – a fast-growing, doubly state-certified FinTech startup in Berlin. We democratize the knowledge and access to institutional investment through innovative technologies, proven financial expertise, and exclusive strategies previously reserved only for institutional investors (Family Offices) with a minimum capital of €200 million. What You Can Expect (Responsibilities)

• Performance Marketing Ownership: Manage and optimize our performance marketing funnels across various platforms, maximizing conversion rates.
• Paid Campaign Execution: Implement planned campaigns performance-orientedly on Google, Meta, and YouTube.
• Monitoring and Optimization: Monitor and optimize along the entire customer journey – data-driven, creative, and impactful – to effectively reach our target audiences.
• Analysis and Reporting: Analyze relevant KPIs and report regularly and transparently on performance and ROI.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with our experts to develop and publish high-quality, targeted content.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of practical professional experience in marketing, ideally with active support and involvement in implementing online marketing campaigns.
• Passion: Enthusiasm for this specific job! Strong self-motivation and passion for clean, agile process and project management.
• Startup Responsibility: Proven track record of taking ownership of your area, even outside your comfort zone. Proactively tackled tasks, were results-oriented, and executed swiftly.
• Personal Growth: Eager to learn and develop, both in your job, the sector, and personally. Proactively seek feedback while keeping the team's success in mind.
• Smart: Very good analytical and structural skills to clearly think through scenarios in advance. Implement what you've thought through in a structured manner.
• Language: Ideally native-level or C2 German proficiency. Good conversational English skills.
