About the Role

As a Teamleiter (Team Lead) in Customer Service, you will be instrumental in guiding and motivating a team of customer service professionals. This 100% remote position offers the unique chance to manage your own team, ensure seamless operations, and elevate service quality to new heights. You will work closely with clients, primarily from the telecommunications sector, ensuring every customer interaction is exceptional.

Your Mission

  • Lead, motivate, and develop your team of customer service heroes.
  • Ensure adherence to quality, service, and performance metrics.
  • Conduct coaching sessions, feedback discussions, and team meetings.
  • Act as a liaison between planning, quality management, project management, and clients.
  • Manage reporting and performance steering in daily operations.
  • Contribute to process improvements and innovative ideas.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Team Lead in Customer Service.
  • Must reside within or near Hamburg (within 50km) to complete a 3-week on-site onboarding.
  • Strong communication and coaching skills.
  • Proven ability to motivate and develop team members.
  • Experience with KPIs and performance management.
  • Structured, reliable, and solution-oriented work approach.
  • Enthusiasm for collaboration, responsibility, and a genuine team culture.
