Your Mission

• Assist with questions about products, technology, and services in the renewable energy sector.
• Conduct professional consultations via phone and/or digital channels.
• Process customer inquiries reliably and with a focus on solutions.
• Ensure a positive customer experience.

Your Profile

• Initial experience in the energy sector and customer interaction.
• Very good German language skills (spoken and written – minimum C1).
• Comfortable working with PCs.
• Willingness to work shifts and weekends within our service hours.
• Unbeatable in customer satisfaction, solution orientation, empathy, and likeability.
• Friendly demeanor and respectful communication.
• Enjoy making diverse customer personalities happy.
• Requirement: Ability to work from a home office (in Germany).
