E-Commerce Growth & AI Workflow Architect

Since 2022, we have been advising ambitious e-commerce brands on profitable scaling, managing over €40 million in advertising budgets for more than 500 brands. Now, we are building a second pillar: moving beyond consulting to fully handle the operational execution for select clients. This is a "Done-for-you" service, powered by AI and guided by clear processes.

For this, we are seeking the person who will own this initiative and build more than just client accounts. You will translate our consulting knowledge from over 500 projects into AI-based workflows and develop the standards by which we will operate for years to come. What you build will not just be filed away; it will become the company's operating system.

Your Tasks

• Manage Meta and Google Ads accounts: strategy, video briefings, static generation, reporting, scaling.
• Set up and execute email marketing campaigns (Klaviyo, Hello Email, or similar).
• Coordinate and implement shop and landing page optimizations.
• Automate recurring customer tasks using AI.
• Maintain clean project management for each client, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
• Actively develop existing client relationships: identify future needs, propose solutions, and drive upsells/cross-sells.
• Translate our consulting expertise into AI workflows, SOPs, and video tutorials. You will build the toolkit that moves us from the era of consulting to the era of execution.

Your Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in an e-commerce agency or as a marketer in a D2C brand.
• Practical knowledge of what constitutes good ads, good shops, good copy, and good landing pages; ability to judge and demand quality, not just execute.
• Solid project management skills: handle multiple clients concurrently without tasks falling behind.
• Confident in direct customer contact and possess a sales aptitude. You can identify what a client needs next and address it.
• Structured and independent working style. We operate with full trust and no micromanagement.
• Genuine interest in and experience with AI: not just "having used ChatGPT," but a real drive to build online marketing anew and better with AI.
