You Are:

  • Focused on your clients' digital marketing – from their website and SEO to paid channels, always identifying the biggest impact areas.
  • Accountable, proactive, and eager to contribute your own ideas.
  • A strategic partner and an implementer: someone who plans, gets hands-on, and delivers results.

Responsibilities:

Strategy & Planning

  • Holistically analyze clients' digital presence and develop clear, prioritized action plans focused on attracting desired patients.
  • Identify the most impactful channel for each project and set the right priorities.
  • Think cross-channel, understanding how websites, organic visibility, and paid channels work together.
  • Act as an active sparring partner for our Customer Success Managers, providing operational support and strategic input.

SEO & GEO

  • Implement online marketing strategies with a clear focus on revenue-generating measures.
  • Handle technical SEO yourself: crawling, indexing, loading times, Core Web Vitals, structured data. Know what you can solve independently and when to seek help.
  • Possess a strong understanding of GEO and how AI-based search influences practice visibility.
  • Optimize existing content, manage content initiatives, and understand the interplay between technical SEO and content.

Website & Conversion Optimization

  • Actively work on client websites, understanding what's needed to convert visitors into patients.
  • Conceive and optimize landing pages.
  • Identify technical and content-related weaknesses on websites and derive concrete actions.

Qualifications:

  • Completed degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
  • Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in online marketing, ideally in an agency environment.
  • Strong know-how in SEO and GEO, technical website optimization, and content – understanding the mechanics, not just the surface.
  • Plus: Experience with Google Ads.
  • Proficient use of GA4, Google Search Console, and common online marketing tools.
  • Understanding of conversion, landing pages, and what truly makes a website perform.
  • Self-responsibility, drive, and implementation strength.
  • Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken.
  • Bonus: Experience in the healthcare or medical sector. Familiarity with medical practices and clinics offers a distinct advantage.
