Your Responsibilities

  • Shape the customer experience surrounding our energy projects, ensuring professional, transparent, and service-oriented support from initial contact through ongoing operation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for residents, tenants, commercial clients, and property management companies, addressing all inquiries about our products and services.
  • Manage the structured onboarding of new customers, clearly explaining our product world, and establishing a foundation for long-term, trusting relationships.
  • Handle inquiries via digital channels and phone, finding pragmatic solutions and ensuring swift, reliable communication.
  • Maintain customer and master data in our modern systems and actively support the development of our service, software, and process landscape.
  • Collaborate closely with the Asset Management, Project Development, Finance, and Technical Operations teams to continuously enhance our customer experience.

Your Profile

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship, business administration degree, or comparable qualification.
  • Proven experience in customer service, customer success, or a similar customer-centric role, with a passion for delighting people.
  • Clear, empathetic, and solution-oriented communication skills, maintaining composure in challenging situations.
  • Structured, meticulous work approach with a high standard for quality, able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Interest in energy, real estate, or sustainability topics, with a desire to actively shape the energy transition.
  • Ideally, prior experience with energy supply, the real estate industry, or commercial processes.
