About the Role

Unilever is seeking a motivated and experienced Territory Sales Officer to join their team.

Your Day at Unilever

  • Achieve sales targets through personal selling (market visits) and by effectively managing the distribution system.
  • Oversee the distributor system, ensuring both front-end and back-end operations are efficient.
  • Systematically analyze Management Information System (MIS) reports to identify performance gaps and opportunities within your designated geography.
  • Negotiate with distributors and develop their teams to enhance customer management and drive increased business.
  • Cultivate and leverage relationships with trade partners to strengthen Unilever's market position.
  • Gather and report market feedback and insights to the branch office.
  • Analyze strategies to improve the competitive position in the market through enhanced customer service.
  • Monitor distributor and their sales team performance, implementing corrective actions for any infrastructure or operational gaps.

Key Skills & Requirements

  • Minimum Full-time Graduation required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Channel Sales.
  • Proficiency in ROI Calculations & RS Distribution Management.
  • Familiarity with RS appointment and Sales Planning.
  • Experience in conducting promotional activities and execution.
  • Knowledge of MS-Office, particularly Excel.
  • Decent communication skills in English and the local language are desired.
