LikeGroup is the external creator marketing team for brands like Telekom, Zürich Versicherung, Deutsche Bahn, and SharkNinja. Since 2018, we have grown to 33 employees in Frankfurt. We don't just broker; we execute: influencer campaigns, UGC, creator productions, and paid social, all from a single source, supported by our network of 12,000+ creators and our own platform, LikeBase.
For our growing number of campaigns, we are looking for someone to hold the business together between brands and creators.
Responsibilities (Aufgaben)
As an Influencer Marketing Manager (m/w/d), you will be the central point of contact between our clients and creators, managing campaigns from idea to reporting.
- You will manage your campaigns throughout the entire process: creator sourcing, briefing, production, go-live, and performance evaluation.
- Coordinate strategy & scripts.
- You will be the primary point of contact for the brand, including weekly status meetings, translating campaign goals into a clear plan.
- You will brief creators, negotiate, and coordinate them, keeping track of timelines, budgets, and quality.
- You will work closely with our production, editing, and performance teams.
- You will evaluate campaigns, draw learnings, and incorporate them into the following month.
Qualifications (Qualifikation)
- First to several years of experience in project, campaign, or account management, ideally in the influencer, social media, or agency environment.
- You can organize multiple projects simultaneously without losing track.
- Strong communication skills: you navigate confidently between brand decision-makers and creators.
- A feel for social content, platforms, and formats (TikTok, Reels, UGC).
- Structured, self-directed work style and a hands-on mentality.
- Very good German, good English.
