As a Senior Account Executive, you will be instrumental in bringing Document Crunch's AI solutions to the construction sector. You will manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, while nurturing a portfolio of high-value named accounts. Collaborating closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success, you will act as a trusted advisor, delivering tangible outcomes for clients and guiding them toward a future free from project disputes.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive new business development by identifying and targeting opportunities across assigned markets and named accounts, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting through close.
- Manage a portfolio of high-value, strategic accounts, focusing on expansion, retention, and long-term relationship building.
- Lead compelling sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations with prospective clients at all seniority levels.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success as a key voice of the customer, providing market feedback to refine positioning, messaging, and roadmap priorities.
- Develop and execute account strategies to grow revenue within existing accounts and identify new expansion opportunities.
- Represent Document Crunch at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to build brand presence and cultivate your territory community.
- Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce) of all sales activities, pipeline opportunities, and customer interactions, providing regular forecasts and performance reports to leadership.
Essential Skills & Experience
- 5+ years in a sales or account management role, with at least 2–3 years in a senior or enterprise B2B capacity.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quotas in a B2B SaaS or enterprise sales environment.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and large strategic accounts.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently at the executive level.
- High business acumen, with the ability to understand customer pain points and map them to solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

- Compensation: $230k-240k OTE Salary + Variable DOE (Base salary range: $62,800.00–$88,600.00)
