Role Summary

This role is pivotal in making AI-powered healthcare workflows buildable, operable, and trustworthy within a critical industry. We are seeking a motivated individual to tackle complex systems with significant real-world consequences. As a Senior Product Designer, you will own product design across multiple workstreams within a cross-functional pod, designing for a multi-persona platform that serves:

  • Internal and external users who build healthcare workflows.
  • Operators who manage these workflows.
  • Patients and staff who directly experience the outcomes.

What You'll Do

You will be responsible for breaking down complex problems, articulating your design rationale, and driving projects from initial concepts to shipped products. Your work might involve designing how users configure AI-powered automations, how operators manage workflow failures, or how patients experience outreach initiatives, and understanding how changes propagate across different surfaces. Your design communication may involve workflow diagrams, Figma mockups, or design-in-code prototypes.

  • Shape product direction, user experience, functionality, and visual design.
  • Partner with product and engineering teams for planning, validation, and iteration.
  • Design across various product interfaces and states.
  • Clearly communicate design decisions and trade-offs to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to and evolve our shared design systems, tools, and processes.
  • Explore innovative ways of working to accelerate team learning and improve product delivery.

What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrated ability to make complex systems understandable and usable for diverse users.
  • Experience designing for enterprise SaaS, catering to multiple organizational roles and personas with varying needs and technical proficiencies.
  • Experience designing developer tools, platform products, or workflow automation systems.
  • Technical curiosity, with the ability to integrate understanding of APIs, data models, and system constraints into design.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills, comfortable navigating ambiguity with sound judgment and evidence-based decision-making.

Nice to Have

  • Experience within the healthcare industry.
