About the Client

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Clerk (m/f/d) on behalf of our client for a position in Munich, available as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• As an Accounts Payable Clerk (m/f/d), you will review, enter, and book incoming invoices in SAP.
• You will create debit memos, re-invoices, and payment runs for national and international suppliers.
• Additionally, you will review travel expense reports and consider payment terms and cash discount deadlines.
• You will maintain vendor and customer master data and ensure high data quality.
• Furthermore, you will support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities through account reconciliations and posting provisions.

Qualifications

• Successfully completed vocational training in a commercial field, such as an office clerk (m/f/d), tax assistant (m/f/d), office management clerk (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification.
• Professional experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk (m/f/d), Accounts Receivable Clerk (m/f/d), or Financial Accountant (m/f/d).
• Proficiency in using SAP in the finance area.
• A structured and reliable working method, coupled with a strong understanding of numbers.
• Solid German language skills and basic English language skills complete your profile.
