Responsibilities:

  • Answer and conduct business on the telephone while maintaining excellent Customer Service, including:
  • Accurately and timely answering release of information telephone calls and inquiries.
  • Reviewing, researching, resolving, and responding to inquiries received via telephone, email, or written correspondence.
  • Documenting all calls, inquiries, and resolutions in detail within appropriate software systems.
  • Following all department and/or site-specific processes and procedures.
  • Meeting and maintaining department productivity and quality assurance expectations.
  • Responsible for following all company policies and procedures.
  • Maintain confidentiality by keeping all information seen and heard within the boundaries of the role in the strictest confidence.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and good rapport with co-workers and management.
  • Maintain open lines of communication with other employees and management regarding any problems, complaints, or incidents immediately.
  • Perform work in accordance with training and direction provided, adhering to facility-specific procedures.
  • Attend mandatory employee in-service meetings and/or training sessions as directed.
  • Maintain an acceptable attendance record and report to work as scheduled.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Schedule & Flexibility:

  • Flexible Schedule: Exact shift times will be determined based on business needs, with 8.5-hour shifts scheduled between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM EST.

Compensation:

  • The estimated base pay range for this role is $15—$15 USD per hour.

  • Health Screenings & Vaccinations: Client requirements may include post-offer health screenings and proof/completion of vaccinations (flu shot, Tdap, COVID-19, etc.). Exemptions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis based on disability, medical contraindications, pregnancy, or religious reasons, as applicable by state law.
