Responsibilities:
- Overall responsibility for D2C growth and revenue contribution via the online shop (performance marketing, e-commerce, budget management).
- Scale new customer acquisition across all relevant channels (paid, SEO, social, influencer) and optimize conversion, funnel, and unit economics.
- Build and manage a data-driven marketing setup (KPIs, tracking, attribution, testing, forecasting) for measurable growth.
- Sharpen brand positioning and ensure consistent communication across all touchpoints.
- Develop and execute effective product marketing strategies (value proposition, go-to-market, portfolio logic).
- Lead and develop the marketing team (performance, brand/creative, product marketing).
- Support B2B sales through targeted marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Mandatory: Several years of leadership experience in D2C/E-commerce marketing (growth, team, structures).
- Mandatory: Proven track record in FMCG, Health, Supplements, Superfoods, Natural Cosmetics, or related premium consumer brands.
