About TheraShift

TheraShift is a center of excellence that supports therapists in identifying root causes of symptoms and facilitating sustainable change. Our vision is to drive change within the healthcare system, creating new perspectives for therapists to achieve greater impact, provide more holistic support, and achieve economic independence.

To ensure our message reaches more therapists, we are seeking a part-time student for Marketing, Social Media, and Community Management.

Responsibilities (Aufgaben)

You will support us in making our content visible and further expanding our community. This includes:

• Creating social media content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and other platforms.
• Developing posts, Reels, Stories, and short videos related to therapy, health, entrepreneurship, and personal development.
• Designing graphics, carousels, and visual content using Canva.
• Assisting with the planning and execution of campaigns for workshops, seminars, retreats, and online offerings.
• Managing our community and interacting with therapists on social media.
• Supporting email marketing and maintaining our websites and member areas.
• Monitoring current trends in social media, content marketing, and health communication.

Qualifications (Qualifikation)

• Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Health Management, Physiotherapy, or a comparable field of study.
• Interest in health, therapy, coaching, or personal development.
• Excellent command of language and enjoyment of writing.
• Initial experience with Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Creativity, initiative, and the ability to implement ideas independently.
• Structured and reliable work approach.
• Enjoyment in taking responsibility and contributing your own ideas.
