Job Duties
- Supporting the design, implementation, and maintenance of a continuous integration environment.
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting day-to-day user-identified network issues.
- Deploying and supporting automation systems and tooling in a 24/7 production environment.
- Ensuring system uptime by monitoring production systems and responding to issues with corrective action.
- Collaborating with software engineers and technical colleagues to troubleshoot issues as they emerge, ensuring ongoing system operation and business continuity.
- Architecting and implementing large-scale infrastructure projects from end-to-end.
Job Requirements
- Education & Experience: Master’s degree in Information Technology and Management, or a related field, with 2 years of experience as an Engineer in the telecommunications industry or similar; OR Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology and Management, or a related field, with 5 years of experience as an Engineer in the telecommunications industry or similar.
- Technical Expertise (Combined Experience):
- Identity and Access Management (IAM) technology including Identity Lifecycle management (Profiles, MFA, Tokens, Session Management, Restful API design).
- Federation technologies (SAML, O Auth, OpenToken, Open ID Connect, Resource Provisioning).
- IAM cybersecurity landscape (identity stores, Authentication/Authorization techniques, RBAC, ABAC, PAM, IAM controls and procedures).
- IAM for heterogeneous enterprise systems and integration of identity providers.
- Okta and Ping Identity applied to enterprise systems (single sign-on, lifecycle management, user provisioning).
- DBA management for development, tuning, monitoring, and reporting (Oracle DB, MySQL).
- JAVA for writing custom plugins.
- Solutioning and integrating multi-tiered applications (LDAP, Identity Databases, Directory services).
- Implementing security and data flows.
