Event Management Specialist (m/f/d)

Our outstanding team supports all types of corporate clients in booking their events – from small companies to large corporations seeking assistance with trade fairs, conferences, and congresses. You will find suitable locations for their events and create the associated event and cooperation agreements. You will be the central point of contact for all backend processes.

Your Role

• Create event and cooperation agreements for our clients and obtain necessary approvals.
• Find suitable locations for trade fairs, congresses, and conferences.
• Maintain regular customer contact via email and phone, and build long-term relationships.
• Keep track of timings and deadlines – from contract approval to event commencement.
• Manage and document all customer data and contracts in our CRM system.
• Review invoices and approvals related to events and sponsorship agreements.
