About The Role

As part of the Technical Solutions team, you will be Datadog's in-house product experts. This team drives Datadog’s worldwide growth by educating potential clients and ensuring existing customers are happy and successful. You will share technical and product expertise through multi-channel technical support, demos, and presentations. You'll join a team and company where you will be challenged, but also immediately witness your contributions to Datadog.

What You'll Do

  • Engage with customers via multiple channels (ticketing system, live chat, screen sharing tools) to resolve technical support requests and educate clients on platform usage.
  • Reproduce technical issues and delve into Datadog’s extensive integrations (600+).
  • Participate in product discussions with internal teams, providing valuable feedback from client interactions.
  • Train as a highly knowledgeable specialist in one or more Datadog product areas.
  • Work from a Datadog office 3-5 days per week as part of our hybrid workplace model.

Who You Are

  • A Computer Science/Engineering major or Bootcamp graduate.
  • An active contributor to open-source projects (code, bug reports) and the engineering community (Meetups, etc.).
  • Self-motivated, detail-attentive, with a strong desire for continuous learning.
  • A critical thinker who prioritizes a client-centric approach.
  • An effective communicator, both written and verbal.
  • Possess some programming experience and basic knowledge of Linux.
  • Able to work a rotating schedule that includes weekend availability.

Nice to Have:

  • Understanding of Log management fundamentals.
  • Understanding of Cloud Security Monitoring.
