About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our Artist Management team, focusing on media/social media, influencer marketing, and related technologies. This is a fantastic chance to develop your career in a fast-paced industry, working with renowned clients and innovative software systems designed to support Artist Managers and their talents.

Your Responsibilities

• Support the coordination of our internal talents.
• Assist in identifying and acquiring new cooperation partners.
• Learn to manage inquiries and create offers.
• Gain insights into market pricing and negotiation strategies, with opportunities to practice negotiation skills with providers and service partners.
• Understand contract structures within the industry, including potential pitfalls, and begin reviewing contracts.
• Support the development and realization of concepts and content formats for talents.
• Act as a liaison between talents and partners, planning their engagements and ensuring their well-being.
• Identify and acquire potential new cooperation partners and future formats/shows.
• In your first year, you will take on a supporting role, with responsibilities gradually increasing based on your development.

Your Profile

• Minimum of internship, working student experience, and/or vocational training in Influencer Marketing, Online Marketing, or a related field (e.g., digital, social media, or PR agency).
• Keen interest and intuition for the latest digital and consumer trends.
• Proficient in using all common social media networks and online communities.
• Ideally, prior experience in the implementation and/or conceptualization of social media and influencer marketing campaigns.
• High creativity and motivation.
• Fluent German and English language skills (written and spoken).
