About the Role

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for attaining quota through the sales of new business in the small business segment.

Your Day to Day

  • Log into the national sales queue
  • Actively prospect for new business
  • Engage inbound sales leads
  • Update sales activities in the CRM
  • Meet average weekly KPI for sales activities
  • Present your ideas in a clear professional manner on paper, in-person, and over the phone
  • Manage your pipeline in various sales stages
  • Attain monthly sales targets
  • Work respectfully with our supporting departments

What You May Have

  • Demonstrated success as a top performer with a focus on new business acquisition
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience responsible for the full sales cycle
  • Skilled in short sales cycle pipeline management
  • Consultative selling experience in acquiring net new accounts

  • Post-secondary education is an asset; however, equivalent work experience will be considered

Compensation

$55,000 - $65,000 base + commission
