Job Purpose

As part of our Global Studios team, you will be instrumental in crafting emotive, conversion-focused ideas, products, and campaigns with speed and scale. Our expertise lies in creating hyper-personalized, digital communications designed to shift perceptions, cultivate new behaviors, and capture market share for our clients. In this Copywriter role, you will develop and refine onsite and CRM content for a varied range of brands, collaborating closely with key stakeholders to produce high-quality marketing copy. You will seamlessly adapt to different brand voices, project types, and evolving client needs, working under the guidance of Sr. Copywriters to uphold and enhance creative standards, processes, and guidelines for maximum quality and efficiency. This position demands a genuine passion for copywriting, exceptional creative agility, and a forward-thinking mindset eager to leverage technical and digital innovations for superior storytelling.

What You'll Do:

  • Create clear, effective, and original copy and content for various client CRM and onsite marketing channels.
  • Iterate on copy changes rapidly and efficiently with guidance from Sr. Copywriters, adapting fluidly as project scopes evolve.
  • Master and seamlessly switch between diverse client tones of voice and brand guidelines.
  • Identify and articulate creative opportunities through competitor research, trend analysis, and emerging digital copywriting technologies.
  • Collaborate with Designers and Creative Directors to push creative boundaries across various styles and formats.
  • Contribute actively to team creative brainstorms and proactively champion innovative copy solutions.
  • Provide proactive support to other Copywriters regionally and globally.

What You Bring:

  • 2+ years of copywriting experience; agency or brand background preferred.
  • Experience in e-commerce or transportation technology is a plus.
  • Exposure to multi-channel digital copy and brand development; social media content and copywriting background preferred.
  • Ability to produce flawless marketing content that drives results.
  • Confidence in taking ownership of individual work with support from a Sr. Copywriter.
  • Capacity to work at a fast pace on large marketing campaigns with numerous assets.
  • An understanding of the critical importance of consistency across user journey touchpoints.
  • Ability to communicate ideas clearly and enthusiastically.
  • A collaborative approach to task completion.
  • A supportive and proactive attitude towards projects.
