Your Role

As a Marketplace Manager (m/f/d), you will be at the forefront of our growth, taking responsibility for a 6-figure advertising budget. You will learn Amazon Ads from a seasoned professional and actively shape our next significant growth phase. This role offers the chance to become an expert in marketplace management and performance marketing.

Responsibilities (Aufgaben)

  • Take responsibility for the performance and further development of our marketplace business (Amazon, Etsy & Co.).
  • Plan, manage, and optimize performance marketing campaigns, with a particular focus on Amazon Ads.
  • Create and optimize keyword-optimized product descriptions.
  • Analyze relevant KPIs, derive insights, and implement optimization measures.
  • Identify and develop new marketplaces to scale our business.

Qualifications (Qualifikation)

  • Completed studies in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a comparable analytical field.
  • A strong affinity for numbers and a structured, data-driven approach to working with Excel are essential.
  • You combine analytical thinking with creativity to develop high-performing product texts and provide content input for the design team to create compelling visuals.
  • Initial exposure to performance marketing (e.g., Meta, Google, Amazon) is a plus.
  • Very good German language skills (at least C1 level) in spoken and written form are required.
  • Ability to work independently and a desire to excel in a fast-growing startup.
