About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to own and grow our event organizer partner program. This is a hands-on, commercially focused role where you will serve as the primary point of contact for our organizer partners. You will manage complex relationships, drive partner success through data workflows and audience insights, and identify opportunities for program expansion. This role requires a highly organized, analytically comfortable, and relationship-driven individual.
What You'll Do
- Own and grow a portfolio of event organizer partnerships, acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Lead end-to-end partner onboarding, including research, live sessions, and follow-up education.
- Manage the flow of data between organizers and internal teams (attendee lists, segmentation files, sponsor deliverables).
- Prepare and deliver audience insight reports (demographics, seniority, intent signals).
- Identify and drive expansion opportunities (additional events, renewals, webinars, media partnerships).
- Collaborate with Sales to support upsell initiatives and deepen partnerships.
- Occasionally represent Vendelux externally at industry events and conferences.
What We're Looking For
- Experience: 4-8+ years in Account Management within B2B SaaS or growth-stage startups.
- Proven track record of managing and growing a book of business, including renewals, expansions, and executive relationships.
- Skills:
- Commercially sharp with experience identifying and executing upsell opportunities.
- Strong analytical skills with comfort working with data, dashboards, and reporting.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple complex work streams.
- Excellent communication and trust-building skills, capable of navigating challenging conversations.
- Self-starter mentality, comfortable owning processes in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with the events marketing landscape is highly desirable.
