We're launching MILES for Business 2.0 – a new chapter in how companies utilize shared mobility for their teams. We are rebuilding our B2B Sales Motion with ambitious double-digit growth goals for 2026 and genuine room for individuals who want to shape the future.
We are looking for a hands-on, hunter-oriented Sales Manager (m/f/d) to drive our growth in our priority segment for 2026: Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs).
You will be responsible for the complete sales cycle – from prospecting to closing. This is not an inbound role: you will build your own pipeline, speak directly with Managing Directors and decision-makers, and feed customer feedback into the playbook that is currently being developed. You bring drive, structure, and a passion for closing, multiplying your output with the right tools instead of getting bogged down by routine work. We are actively building an AI-augmented sales stack (LLMs for personalization, enrichment tools, Pipedrive automations) – you will use it, help shape it, and expand it as it grows.
Your Responsibilities
- Building and owning a self-sourced pipeline (≥ 70% Outbound) from owner-led SME agencies, growing companies, and the mid-market with short, decision-maker-driven buying processes.
- Managing the complete sales cycle: Prospect → Discovery → Demo → Negotiation → Close → Handover to Customer Success.
- Disciplined daily Pipedrive workflow for high outbound activity and clean pipeline data.
- Tailored product demos and commercial conversations focused on SME needs: Cost-Cutting vs. Fleet Leasing, flexible mobility, simple billing, no complex IT integration.
- Negotiating contract terms in German and English – typically directly with management/owners, within the defined pricing and contract framework.
- Precise weekly and quarterly forecasts; rigorous daily Pipedrive hygiene.
- Sharing customer insights, objection patterns, and pricing pushback with Product, Marketing, and Operations.
Your Profile
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B Sales, ideally in SaaS, mobility, or platform environments (BDR/SDR + AE progression counts).
- Proven success in self-sourcing pipeline and closing deals with SMB/SME customers – high activity, short cycles, owner-led buyers.
- Hands-on outbound experience: Cold Calls, Email Sequences, LinkedIn.
- Negotiation skills in German and English (C1).
- Confident daily use of Pipedrive (or comparable CRM) – you keep your pipeline clean, your activities logged, and your forecast tight.
- Confident use of AI tools for Sales Productivity (LLMs, enrichment tools, AI-based drafting and prospecting) – you use AI as a lever, not a buzzword.
- Consultative Seller: structured discovery, value framing, confident in direct-to-decision-maker conversations.
Nice to have
- Experience selling mobility, fleet, sustainability, or HR benefit products to SME buyers.
- Exposure to short, owner-driven SMB sales cycles with high deal volume.
- Familiarity with modern sales automation tools (Clay, Apollo, Instantly, Smartlead etc.).
- Initial experience building a new product or sales motion (early-stage / launch context).
- Existing network in the German mid-market, agencies, or owner-led businesses.
