Role Overview

We are seeking a commercially driven Business Development / Origination Manager to identify, structure, negotiate, and close real-estate and land-related transactions in Poland. You will manage the full deal lifecycle—from sourcing and first contact through negotiation to closing—while building and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and manage a personal origination pipeline end-to-end (lead → qualification → proposal → negotiation → closing).
  • Act as the first point of contact for prospective clients using a consultative sales approach.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets related to pipeline development and closings.
  • Monitor pipeline health through KPIs, funnel activity, and forecasts.
  • Contribute to improvements in CRM usage, lead generation, and origination processes.
  • Support strategic initiatives and market development activities in Poland.

What We’re Looking For

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in sales or business development.
  • Proven experience in negotiating and closing transactions end-to-end.
  • Strong business acumen and structured approach to pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Familiarity with real estate closing processes.
  • Understanding of financial concepts such as IRR / NPV.
  • Experience in real estate, telecom, renewables, infrastructure, or financing.
