About the Role

As a Data Analyst / BI Engineer at Idego, you won't be locked into a single industry or type of problem. Our clients come from diverse sectors, meaning you'll face genuinely varied analytical challenges and have the opportunity to work across different data ecosystems, reporting tools, and business domains. This is a future opportunities listing; we're building a pipeline of strong candidates for upcoming projects.

Responsibilities

• Face genuinely varied analytical challenges across different data ecosystems, reporting tools, and business domains.
• Translate business requirements into analytical solutions.

Requirements

Must-have (both roles):

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or BI Engineer
• Strong SQL skills (writing complex queries, optimizing performance)
• Experience with at least one cloud data warehouse (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or similar)
• Ability to translate business requirements into analytical solutions independently
• Fluent English (international teams and clients)

Data Analyst - additionally:

• Good knowledge of Python (pandas, numpy) for data analysis and automation
• Experience with dbt (or similar) for data transformation and modeling
• Solid understanding of data modeling concepts

BI Engineer - additionally:

• Hands-on experience with at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
• Experience designing and building dashboards and reports for business stakeholders
• Understanding of data warehouse design and dimensional modeling
