Responsibilities

• Independent appointment setting based on leads that are just waiting for your call.
• Advising managing directors on how to gain new employees or clients through our unique systems.
• Pre-qualifying interested parties for consultations with our experts using our thousand-times-validated system.
• Participating in team meetings and handling minor administrative tasks (our fully automated CRM system takes care of 99% of the tedious tasks).

Qualifications

• Clear German pronunciation and high energy.
• Willingness to learn, performance orientation, and the desire for continuous development.
• Hunger for earning money and the readiness to commit full-time on-site in Würzburg.
• No prior sales experience needed – whether you're fresh from vocational training, finished with university, or about to drop out because you want to start now.
• We don't value specific educational paths; what's more important is that you are passionate, eager to learn, and ready to give your all.

Benefits

Above-average pay, an attractive commission model with a fixed base salary and increasing commissions. Our base salary alone is more than others offer you in total:

• Hygiene Standard: 15 appointments set = €2,900
• Realistic Goal: 30 appointments set = €3,500
• High Performance: Takeover Setting = €4,200 to €6,000
